All donations of goods and services will be recognized in the Event Program for Game Night and on the listings next to the basket in which the donation is placed, or on the Silent Auction Listing.
With continuing reductions in funding for education spending, fundraisers such as Fairmount School’s first Game Night will help fill the financial gap and provide much needed equipment to our school.
Donate Goods or Services
Themed baskets will be raffled off at Game Night. You may donate an entire basket or a single item. Themes include Exercise, Cooking, Downers Grove, Music, A Night at the Movies, A Day at the Beach, Health & Beauty, Reading,
Crafts, Hardware, Sports, and Games.
Goodwill Opportunity
Your donation will be used as a raffle prize or part of a silent auction at our 2nd annual Trivial Night event where we are expecting the participation of nearly 300 people.
Tax Deductible
Your donation is 100% tax deductible and your company will receive recognition in the event program, and the school newsletter.

As the main sponsor, your business will be prominently displayed on all marketing materials, press releases,
invitation to Fairmount families, program, and a large sign (60” x 42”) at Game Night. Th e sign is yours to
keep. Your logo will be projected on the screen listing the Team Scores during the event. Deadline - Jan. 31st Event Sponsorship: $1000
Gold Sponsorship
Your company will be recognized in printed marketing
materials, program, a trivia question projected on the
overhead screen, and a sign displayed at Game Night.
The sign is yours to keep. Deadline - Feb. 15th
Gold A Sponsorship: $500 48” x 42” Sign displayed by Bar or Scoring Table
Gold B Sponsorship: $350 36” x 42” Sign displayed above the Raffle Baskets
Silver Sponsorship
Your company will be recognized in the event program
and on a“table talker” sign at Game Night. Each table
will be the home of one 8-member team. Signs will be
rotated during the event. Deadline - Feb. 21st Silver Sponsorship: $250
Bronze Sponsorship
Your company will be recognized in the event program
for Game Night and listed on a large poster by the
silent auction items. Deadline - March 1st. Bronze Sponsorship: $100
